Holidays and special events at weekend rates and require a minimum of two nights stay: Balloon Race, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.  A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve a room. $30.00 per additional guests per night.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours from reservation date will be charged full price for one night. 7% Tax added.  $35 cancellation fee for any reason.

Check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. by appointment.  Arrivals after 5 p.m. become self-check in.  Please call by 10 a.m. the morning of your reservation if you will be arriving after 5 p.m.

Check-out time is 11 a.m.

No Pets. All rooms are non-smoking. The property is gated & reservations are necessary to enter. No children under the age of 12 allowed in the main house. An elevator is available in the main house.
