"Everything everyone else said well says it all…Amazing!! We’ve been in B&B’s across the US and this one is now the top of our list! I can say that it has a new owner since the summer of 2022 and we absolutely adore the new owners! And Mr Mike is still there making your experience even better. The photos already posted are great so I’ll just post the beautiful photos of their Christmas decorations."

Perfect ...the property has been under new ownership for about a year. Their hospitality excels as does the property itself. Beautiful rooms. Great beds. Immaculate. The grounds are gorgeous. They had great recommendations for an evening out for dinner and a day of touring Natchez homes. Our host sat down with us after breakfast to answer all our questions and start our property tour. He even gave us ideas for our trip to New Orleans the following day. The plantation is away from the city by 6 miles but this is what creates the privacy we wanted. It can be difficult to see from the road— historic Natchez Trace, on which signs are not permitted. Google maps had it spot on though. Prices were excellent too making it even better.

Hideaway Weekend My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend and hideout so we could both work on writing our books with no distractions. This is the second time we have stayed at Brandon Hall but the first time in one of the cabins, the Carpenter Cottage, and not the main house. It was absolutely amazing and worth every penny, which was surprisingly affordable with all of the accommodations including a full breakfast each morning. The pictures online of our cabin do not do it justice at all. It is extremely spacious...

Five Days in 18th Century Shangri La We spent 5 days in one of the cottages. After 2 weeks on the road I so appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities. It was quiet; I rested and healed. The House is one of the nicest you"ll see in Natchez and the tour is one of the best. Kaiser and his staff took such good care of us. The grounds are beyond beautiful and the rooms in the house are exquisite. We met people from all over the world. Some were returning, some were there for the first time. Most were staying only a night or two. Without exception everyone said they wished they could stay longer and vowed to return. The breakfasts were lovely. There are 3 outdoor cats who provided entertainment.

Wonderful! I wish we would had more time in Natchez but we only had one night and Brandon Hall was by far the highlight of our time there. We were greeted promptly and guided to our room on the second floor, btw they have a elevator. The house and grounds are beautiful and the fact that is off the beaten path along the Natchez Trace Parkway was a real bonus. Our room was large and comfortable and we had a great nights rest before awaking for a wonderful breakfast. Our host greeted us warmly at breakfast and stayed with us with engaging conversation. We have stayed at some of the other "old" home in Natchez but this will be our first choice for our next trip.

If you are redeeming a Brandon Hall Plantation gift certificate, the gift certificate number must be provided at the time of making your reservation along with a valid credit card to reserve a room. Any balance left on the certificate is forfeited if not used by the expiration date and no refunds will be issued.

Check-in: after 2 pm

Early arrivals are discouraged since our small staff is busy turning the rooms over from the previous night to insure everything is ready for your check-in between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm, and a $50 fee will be assessed on the final bill for urgency and extra housekeeping preparations related to unexpected arrivals.  Check-in after 6:00 pm will be charged an additional $20 per person.

Please, no early drop-off of bags or in-room items.

Check-out: By 11 am

Guests are asked not to linger on the property so our staff can prepare our facilities for incoming guests.

Cancellation Policy

Making a reservation at a bed and breakfast is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy:

You’ll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel after your reservation is made and the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

No refunds after check-in for early departure, as we are unable to re-book your room.

Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

No-shows are responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.

Pre-payments

You’ll be charged 50% of the total price at the time your reservation is made and the remaining amount in the 2 days before your arrival.

Breakfast

Keeping our guests safe is a priority.  Overnight guests can expect continental breakfast items in their rooms at check in.  For more information please visit our FAQs on our website.

Smoking and Candle Burning

Due to the historic nature of our buildings, and for the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking, fireworks or incense/candle burning in any of our guest rooms, common spaces, or on any of the grounds of Brandon Hall Plantation. Bed and Breakfast guests smoking in the house or in undesignated areas will be charged a minimum $250 fee and up, to return any rooms to a non-smoking status.

Guests, Children and Pets at the Inn

We cater to the comfort, privacy and security of our registered guests. Overnight Bed and Breakfast guests are the only guests permitted on the property. Brandon Hall Plantation is not open to the public and reservations are required to enter.

Brandon Hall Plantation is considered a quiet escape and getaway for most of our guests, and we work hard to foster that environment. Therefore, it is not an appropriate place for children under 12 years old as overnight guests inside the main house. Children 12 and under are welcomed as overnight guests in both of our cottages and are also welcomed for breakfast inside our main house.

We regret that we are not able to accommodate guest pets.
